What’s one small tool change that made your workflow easier?

Not talking about big, obvious tools more like those small changes that quietly fix a big problem.

For me, it was separating how I access different accounts. I didn’t realize how much friction came from constantly logging in/out and mixing everything together.

I recently tried a tool called GeeLark (just experimenting, not fully committed yet), and it made things feel a bit more organized.

Still tweaking my setup though.
