Hey guys hoping you could give me some recommendations on what you might do next.

Basically from August to Beginning of February I have been away from home. during that time my uncle was looking after my car, it was meant to be in storage but it seems he just left it on the drive. Clearly my car was getting damp somehow and I started to get surface mould.

Knowing this is problematic in a small environment I immediately went to get my car valeted with an anti-mould service unfortunately I had been away and didn't have too much money to hand though it still cost £80. the service included deep steam of everything plus the HVAC units, anti-mould spray on seats and anti mould growth spray on plastics and finish with a dehumidifier abd air purifier put in the vehicle for 24hrs. I let them get on and near the end they were about to head off and I brought up the dehumidifier and air purifier service, supposedly he had forgot to bring it which immediately rang alarm bells, I tried to push harder but the end result was basically being told that if the mold returns they will deal with it for free. Knowing that the damp surface could still cause an issue I kept heating the car with the AC system and then venting it so there wasn't too much moisture in the car.

then to try and be even more through I also used an anti microbial fogger on the HVAC system but I could not find anything about it or any other products anti-mould properties.

obviously a few months have passed and I have been using the car but always with an air of scepticism I keep the windows down a bit for circulation and don't really use the HVAC system all too much. I think the issue I'm having is that my health hasn't been too great recently and I do think I notice a kind of flare up after journeys, but there could be multiple reasons for my poor health at the moment and I'm worried that I'm just being a hypochondriac. is there anyway I could confirm if there is still mould (doesn't smell too musty) without waiting for surface mould to re-appear?

TL;DR

car had mould and had been valeted but I am unsure if mould has been completely eliminated as I have had some recent health issues, is there anyway to confirm or what would you do next in this situation?

Unsure if my car is now mould free
