Can I get some literate teammates?

I need some teammates who can read at a 1st grade level and can follow along with simple in-game instructions. It’s fine if you get downed a few dozen times, but when the quest is to kill zombies with Tomahawks, I better not see you throwing your Kazimirs into the train of zombies.

Are my standards too high?
