Creating my first RP group!

Hi, as the title says, I've been thinking of creating my first RP group. I already have a plot idea that I think will work best in a group setting with a couple of active players. I would love to find a person who would show me the ropes and give advice on how to create such a server. It would also be lovely if they could later stay and help me look after it. It would be best if you're over 18 and queer-friendly.

As for the little snippet of the roleplay plot:

“Welcome to Irridion, our city. Our beloved god - Irridere - has made us pure. Those who have defied him were born blemished; they must not show their faces, as they are an insult to our god. However, as Irridere is a merciful god, he gives the jesters (the blemished) a chance to entertain us - for that they should be grateful."
