(AU) Haruka and Michiru sisters , origin story
Hi, I'm going to tell this story I just remembered. I made up this alternate history when I was 14 and had nothing to do. Out of nowhere, I thought of Sailor Uranus and Neptune, and here's this origin story from an alternate universe. Haruka and Michiru are sisters who were abandoned by their parents at age 5 and left in an orphanage. Before leaving, their mother gave Michiru a small violin because every time she played, she saw that her daughter Michiru wanted to imitate her and play like her. Life for them in the orphanage wasn't easy, mainly because there were some very cruel children who wanted to bully them, especially Michiru, because they found her weak and lacking in character. So one night, 5-year-old Michiru was running terrified, trying to escape from about four boys and two girls who wanted to take her violin. Michiru reached a dead end, but suddenly her sister Haruka arrived to protect her. However, since it was basically six against one, Haruka unfortunately didn't end up well. The children tried to hit her, but Haruka wouldn't let them. She defended herself even though there were several of them. Finally, the children got bored and left. Haruka had some injuries, and Michiru hugged her sister with tears in her eyes. Haruka stroked her head and smiled; she didn't even cry because she had fulfilled her mission: to protect her only sister. This experience forged Haruka's strong character, and after about two months, the orphanage owners noticed that, unlike the other children, Haruka and Michiru weren't lazy. On the contrary, they always helped with whatever was asked of them and never complained. So, the orphanage paid for their studies, and the sisters didn't waste the opportunity. They finished school with good grades, enough to be accepted into university. By then, Michiru was already a famous violinist because she always won school recitals, and her talent for the violin made her very well-known. Meanwhile, Haruka became a highly paid race car driver, sponsored by various companies just to compete in races. And that's why they now live surrounded by luxury and have everything they didn't have before. And if you've made it to the end, what did you think? Did you like it? Did you hate it? For me, it's a bit of a cliché, but I made it up when I was 14, haha.
