How do shy guys meet women in Islamabad without being awkward or creepy?

I’m a 26M living in Islamabad, and I’ve been thinking about this for a while. I’m naturally pretty shy, especially when it comes to approaching women in person. The idea of just walking up to someone randomly feels uncomfortable to me, and honestly, I don’t want to make anyone feel awkward either.

At the same time, I also don’t feel right randomly DMing girls online. It comes off as intrusive unless there’s already some kind of context or connection.

So I’m kind of stuck in this middle ground where:

•	Cold approaching feels too forced

•	Random DMs feel inappropriate

•	And I’m not really sure what the “normal” way is anymore

For people in Islamabad (or similar environments), how do you actually meet someone organically if you’re more on the introverted side?

Would really appreciate any advice or personal experiences.
