How come people don’t use full lanes here?

It’s shitpost Friday… stolen form elsewhere but oh well, discuss!

To add from me - why do people do the same when they get off 198 onto Parkside and back up the whole exit? Why do people not use the full length of the lane when getting onto the bridge from River Rd?

Please explain why, bc as you can see there are no stop signs, no yield signs, no signals, you just continue driving and merge in. If you are someone who stops here getting on from Transit, give me reasons, bc I'm so confused and just want to drive OVER you. GET MOVING GET THE EFFF OUT OF THE WAY 🤣🤣🤣”
