(i took inspiration from the miraheze wiki as guide for this)

**Appearance**: Target appears as an dark eye with a hollow center and circular bands of varying colors collapsing inwards.

**Behavior**

Once active, Target can be seen through walls waiting for the player. It only follows the player's vertical position. If the player hasn't entered Target's distance, then Target will not appear with its colored bands (see the note).

When the player is within Target's distance, it's color becomes yellow. The player will then have to approach and pass through Target before proceeding to the next door or getting far away. If the player passes through Target, its bands will change to cyan, before closing the eye and disappears.

If the player does not pass through Target and instead either goes straight to the next room or dashes too far, Target will disappear and a TV screen error will cover the screen for less than a second (it will not cover on-screen entities such as Dozer, Litany, Stem, etc.). After that, the player's peripheral vision will be blocked with Target's bands of alternating colors.

The effect will wear off over time like Slight's or Heed's, and can be removed by getting thrown a B.R.I.C.K.

The message written on the TV screen error reads: "something to remember" (see second image).

If the player ignores Target again while under the effect of Target's tunnel vision, Target will disappear and the same TV screen error will appear. However, this time the player dies and its body will be covered in static (similar to Kookoo's).

B.R.I.C.K can vanquish Target.

Based on Target's behavior, you can possibly dodge Target by going over its room and avoiding its distance. It is deceptively easy to avoid responsibility.
