Shortcut for playing an mp4?

I have an mp4 video. I want to create a shortcut with an icon on my home screen that plays that video whenever I tap that icon. Sounds simple, but the task has frustrated me and ChatGPT. Any sage shortcut wisdom for me would be greatly appreciated.
