went on 4 hinge dates, on spring break now, silence. did I get ghosted?

I (21F), went on my first date with (23M) 3 weeks ago on Friday in NYC from hinge. It went very well and we had a lot to talk about and had similar humor, we planned for a second date after in person on Tuesday. Texted between then but he told me in person his screentime is only 3 hours so that’s why his responses are sometimes delayed. Tuesday came, had fun, we kissed and slept together. Planned to see each other Friday in person. Friday comes, we have fun again, but after texting slowed down a lot. He usually replied within 5 hours or so, from Fri to Sat he replied like 21 hours but the next day on Sunday, he asked if we can hang that night and I agreed. We made dinner together, he got us dessert good. I was leaving for Spring break that Wednesday and he had midterms so we planned to see each other after I came back. His birthday was also that week, so he told me he would be busy with that as well. I left Wednesday, texted him happy birthday and other stuff that we were talking about. He stops responding and I assume he ghosted, even though it didn’t make sense. He texted back Friday night, no explanation but I didn’t get ghosted. I wait until Sunday to reply to mirror him and end the convo since I’m okay just picking this back up after my break and don’t need everyday texting to keep a connection. Now, 2 days ago on Wednesday, I text him in coming back to NYC soon if he wanted to see me this weekend, said not an april fools joke to lighten the mood. No reply, been about 2 days. For me, I never ghost and will always communicate to the person I’m not interested anymore, I get people ghost esp if it’s only been 1 or 2 dates. But we been on 4 dates together, and we reiterated 3 times before I left that we would make plans after I came back. Once confirming in person, and twice on text. Another thing I forgot to mention is that I thought he unmatched me because he disappeared from my chats, but my friend put in the exact filters and couldn’t find his profile that she kept getting “review skipped profiles” so it points to him deleting his account/pausing. Cant say for sure. I mean I stay pretty detached with my hinge dates, but this one is confusing me just because we agreed to make plans and I wouldn’t understand why he would ghost after seeing each other that many times. But at the end of the day, I can move on with my life, just wondering if anyone has any insights?
