What would you do with a 1,000 lead gen budget?

I'm a new agent with zero clients. What would you do to generate the most leads with a 1,000 budget? I'm either already trying or thinking about:

• Boosted social posts (already have accounts, but few followers)
• Facebook or google ads
• Open houses - these are free/time only
• Direct mail - what list would you buy?
• Free online investors or first-time home buyers seminars

I've joined a brokerage, but they don't provide any leads. However, if/when I find a client, the fees are pretty low.
