Whats with this merchant qr

We had asked for a merchant qr in nimb and a message from nepal pay was sent that gave the username and password for nepal pay.

But when my father went to nimb they handed him a fonepay qr .

Are they same ?

He didn't event had id and password for fonepay and came to me to set it up.

What am i supposed to do without id and password for fonepay.
