I got refused to 3 days in Cannes

Hi ! my friend and I both applied to 3 days in Cannes. I applied on march 14 and he did approximatly 2 weeks before me. We both got denied but everyone here seems to have been accepted. Am I the only one in this situation ? Is there anything I can do ?
