Actually fun way to learn CW copying

This is kinda embarrassing to say but even after owning a license for 4 months and an IC-7300 for 3 I never motivated myself to learn CW copying. I can DX on a basic iambic key but I still can't copy any signals.

Can someone suggest me good ways to learn CW copying? I tried LCWO but that's just too.. boring.
