Gabapentin success?

My long covid is almost entirely hyperPOTS at this point. I was bed ridden, then eventually worked remotely for 2 years and now I’m back in a flare again. The flare is now not sleeping at all. I’ve been trying so many medications my head is spinning. Has anyone used gabapentin in their LC? Does it help you?
