How hard is the uber event?

I've never done it, I finally have 3x3 keys and want to try. ES warlock so there's that, but for gear

• Shako
• Skulders ire
• Bul Kathos
• Sling
• Gores
• Maras
• Meph Book
• Tomb Reaver
• Gheeds Belt
• Draculs Glvoes

I've got a few things I can swap out to get res capped I think, I could make a Treachery for example and have a one socket Crown of Ages I could toss on (Be nice to take a break from the green hood too).

Thoughts and suggestions please! Am nervous but it would be neat to cross this off the list.
