Recurrence of TNBC

Hi, my mother was first diagnosed with TNBC in June 2021. She responded well to treatment at that time, which included 16 cycles of chemotherapy, a mastectomy, radiation, and six months of Capecitabine. Now, 4.5 years later, she has been diagnosed with recurrent TNBC, which has metastasized primarily to her brain, bones, and lungs. We attempted to enroll her in the Tropion-05 trial (Dato-DXd), but she was ineligible due to a CPS score of less than 10. We have since started Gemcitabine + Carboplatin with Pembrolizumab. Please let us know if there are other steps we should take or if there are any other ongoing clinical trials in India or abroad that we should consider.
