SD card/battery recommendations

Hi there! I recently purchased a used Canon PowerShot ELPH135 that does not come with an SD card or batteries, just the camera itself. Any recommendations on the added tech to get it up and running would be much appreciated!

I’m super new to any sort of digital cam and really have no idea what’s needed.
