Work Permit - Processing at Port of Entry query

I would like to apply for my work permit at PoE. One of the documents requested is valid medical exam results (if required). I would need this as I am hoping to undertake a medical job.

I have done the upfront medical but as the results go directly to IRCC, how can I show proof I have passed without having access to them myself? I do have the information sheet with the UMI that the physician gave me but this obviously does not have the results on them.
