In unbearable pain weeks after septoplasty

FUck this shit. My TMJ symptoms have been mostly in remission for the past 7 months, and now they're back, full intensity, just as bad as it was at the worst points of my life. I can't live like this. I can't live with the muscle spasms and pulling sensation that goes all the way from my jaw down into my neck and arms. I feel fatigued and dizzy all the time. Everything overstimulates me. WHY THE FUCK DO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS SHIT NOW, THE SURGERY WAS BAD ENOUGH!!!! I'M SO ANGRY!!!!
