FIRST TIME PASSPORT APPLICATION

Hello graduating student here. I have a few questions about passport application. Please help a girlie out 🙏

1. For new passport application, is it better to apply at DFA ASEANA or SM satellite (planning sa DFA South sana since it's closer)?

2. For payment, will be using someone else's gcash account to pay instead of my own. Do I put in my own phone number during payment or their phone number (the person who owns the gcash account)?

3. Read somewhere that A4 is the recommended size for the documents. Is this true po ba or is any size okay?
