Question about the Perfect Agony keystone and night blade support

Hey guys i was thinking of taking puncture of shanking for another spin, and i was wondering how Perfect Agony interacts with conditional sources of crit multi; the main example im thinking of is the dagger mastery for +100% crit multi against enemies that are on full life and night blade support, basically if in a hypothetical situation, i hit a target, crit, and apply bleed, would the bleed applied effectively snapshot the crit multi and there for dot multi of that first hit for the entire bleed? Or would like one server tick pass and then drop that multiplier for the bleed because the target is no longer full life? A second question i had was if night blade support's crit multi is applied to a critical hit that actually granted you the elusive effect, basically is it, {hit->crit->elusive->get crit multi}, or is it {hit->crit->elusive->next hit gets the crit multi}.
