Lifelong skin issue in my ear canals

I've had a persistent skin condition inside my ear canals for at least forty years. Dry, scaly, itches frequently-- but the larger problem is finding a doctor that can help! When I ask ENT specialists they tell me to go see a dermatologist, and the dermatologists have all told me to go to an ear specialist!!! How can I find someone that's willing to take on this minor, but really annoying issue???
