What is job hunting??

I’m grateful for a steady pay check as the alternative is terrible. However I am, and have been deeply unhappy at my job from the very beginning. I stuck it out because I needed experience and I thought things would get better. I’ve been applying for jobs since 2024- 2 unsuccessful interviews and an unsuccessful pre- interview phone call later and I’m nowhere further. It feels very much like I’m fresh out of uni trying to break into my industry with no experience. I also feel that because my experience is in a very niche area, I’m limited even more so. I don’t want to re-train. I just don’t know what to do…
