My mom texted my maasi asking her if she was giving me her iPhone and my maasi said yes. To which she replied 'Why are you giving her your phone her current one is just 2 years old' and after that my maasi talked to me and asked why iam buying a new one if i had bought one 2 years ago. and well i did not want to convince her into giving it to me I was only okay with it when she was offering. So yeah the iPhone is off the table

and about my current phone I got this Samsung almost 3 years ago. As I said it is in a very bad shape. Lagging a lot and the camera is beyond terrible. I wanted an iPhone for the camera. I wanted to click cute pictures whenever i got ready and went out with my friends. I wanted to make videos and even thought of posting them on Youtube/Insta with a public account. I like to dance so i wanted to make dance videos with a good camera. But now none of that is possible bcos my mom made sure that i do not get the one thing ive wanted since i started my job. Its not even about the phone but my mom went behind my back and texted my maasi. I just feel sad about it. and also sad that now such a good deal was wasted just bcos my parents didnt like it.

Sorry if it seems like iam too worked up over a phone but this was truly the one thing that ive wanted for a few months now. i had been planning about how i could save money to buy it and when i almost had it at a very low cost i couldnt get. i just feel sad and needed to vent. thanks for listening if you got till here <3

My parents are not letting me buy iPhone 16 (Update for anyone who cared😭)
