Any tips for training?

I see so many posts about people failing and I’m so scared. Anything I can do beforehand to give myself a chance at passing? I leave in a week but didn’t receive any packing list or any course materials. What part should I be the most stressed about? I’m scared I won’t be able to memorize all the announcements in two languages 😭 send help and prayers pleaseee
