What should be my expected CTC (fixed) for 5 YOE?

My current designation is of a data scientist but my work involves DE+DS and everything in between including some backend engineering.

I work at a PBC and have fixed income of 23L. How much should I quote as my expected CTC now? I want to cross the 2.5LPM in-hand bar.
