My boomer parents disagree with me on Langdon/Santos

I know this topic has been beaten to death but.... I love Santos (though recognize why she rubs people the wrong way) and can't stand Langdon (mainly for his season 1 behavior) and my parents feel the opposite... they hate Santos and think Langdon is being vilified.

Made me wonder about the discourse surrounding these 2 and how gender/age/culture may play a role in which stance people take.

It's funny, sometimes the writing feels so heavy handed but the nuance around these two is one of the high points for me!
