Telcel in the US for 2G?

So I’m facing the common issue where T-Mobile and any MVNO that runs on it, will kick off any non-VoLTE phones after like 2002, and I’ve seen people on here who have had success using Telcel. I found a $30 Telcel SIM card on Amazon, and I was thinking of buying it. Would I be able to activate that here in the United States? I live in Georgia, and I have a really good 2G service. There is actually an active 2G tower right across the street from my college. Thanks in advance guys!
