At what level of Ferritin do you feel good?

Hi! So, I've noticed that I always "feel" when my ferritin drops down to around ~80ish, which I know is still very much into the green on most ranges labs will tell you. But I notice that I feel like I have less energy and somewhat fatigued. I just had a cold recently and my ferritin two months ago was at 95 so I am due to another round of infusions.

At what ferritin levels do you feel good?
