Dealing with multiple sellers who won’t ship my purchases

I’m dealing with the most infuriating, frustrating situation with two different sellers. Both sellers just will not ship my items. For one of the sellers, I actually bought two items from and they *did* ship one of the items, but used the wrong corresponding label for the one item they shipped? So now the item I haven’t received says it was delivered, and the item i DID receive says it hasn’t been shipped. And for some reason they just haven’t shipped the other item. I’ve messaged both of the sellers and they’re both ghosting me. Both have been active every day. I have no idea what to do at this point besides just wait for eligibility to cancel. Maybe they’ll ship by then. I don’t *want* to have to cancel though, since I want the items! This is just so frustrating.
