I shaved body hair first time. How soon can I expect it to grow back to normal (as it was)? And how long do I have to face the prickly phase? Any remedies for the pricking?

I used a razor cuz I can't afford a trimmer rn. Any tips for razor shaving is appreciated. Especially for the hard to reach back regions and joints and all, or thighs behind, etc. and any side effects, how frequently I have to shave, anything that u wish to advice is welcome. (be positive pls, i dont want mockery saying "get a trimmer bro" if I could I would)
