Do you have to take idea as an SOE transfer?

I’ve submitted my soe transfer app this semester and I’m a current freshmen. I’ve done calc 2 calc 3 chem 1 physics 1a 1b and I’m doing statics over the summer along with one other course. I want to do EE so next semester I was wondering if I can take PEE1 and the lab if I get accepted for fall 2026 or do I have need to take idea 1 and 2 before I can even start my major classes ?
