okay i need help on what i should do

i come from basically nothing so every move i make feels like alot more pressure, but having no guidance sucks.

im almost 20

i have about 13k saved

645 credit score

i make $22.25 and work full time as a JPM

spend around 500$ a month on my car (ik) (insurance and loan around $250 each) but i only drive it during summertime, wintertime i have a beater

i still owe around 11k for the car note

i live with my dad so no other expenses

i have bought alot of fun stuff for myself but now i need to focus on a real life move

im looking to move out bc im genuinely losing my mind living in my current house, i been there to long and need my own space; but buying a house seems like i could trap myself with debt, but renting just seems like a waste of money.

my moves need to be calculated, iv built everything i have for myself and cant fall behind. i like a luxury vibe, and honestly, rn i kinda play the part, i just dont have the rich money to back me
