Pata hai aaj kya hua? Mujhe bohot dino baad cute and confident feel hua.

So a little context - the first quarter of the year was shit for me. Physically, mentally, emotionally at my worst. Papa sick. Boyfriend bhagoda nikla (left me at my lowest jabki he had promised marriage and big big stuffs). So you get the gist.

But yesterday I got an email saying that my work has been accepted for poster presentation at a conference in Poland 🇵🇱. This was the work that I ideated, implemented, and wrote the research paper as well when I was on medical leave and at home (naturally I was worried that I am getting left behind). But I am so proud of myself - this gave me a morale boost.

Then, my sister and father took me out to the mall to get me some clothes (as my father thinks I don’t dress professional enough for a PhD scholar). I did buy a couple of shirts, but one red tank top caught my eye. Now, a bit of context, I stopped dressing nicely and chopped my hair into pixie cut and was quite under confident of myself in the last three months.

So I went on to try the top and might I say I loved it so much - my hair was going so well with the neckline of the top. Thoda sa morale and confidence boost hua.

So yeah, just a happy girl sharing her chote mote achievements here with internet strangers!! ✨🧚‍♀️
