Bounty lost on login?

I was so close to being worth 1M too

I did a rainy sortie, totally normal run, extracted, and scrolled around the menu for a bit. open my phone, see a post on here about a 'Jack bug not working' or something and see their bribe price is super low so I go to check my bribe price, don't pay it go back to the menu and I'm still worth the 900k. open the game again just now to see if EAN is still the map and notice I'm only 10k again. do I just have to grind back up?
