IEM For Gaming (3k budget)

Hi guys im it’s totally my first time buying a iem i play a lot of fps games like val fn ow2 cs etc and love listening to music and watching movies . Im currently using logitech x headset and want to switch to iems.

I have seen reviews about the kz castor , tangzu waner , 7hz , moondrop chu. I dont get the difference tbh.

So guys can u suggest the best for mostly gaming and music.
