Reserved Area

I see a lot of discussion on here about Gold vs President circle. At my airport, they generally just let you grab from line aisle, especially if they don't have a lot of cars. They also have two "reserved" lines. I've ask both customer service and the local workers at my airport location about the reserved section, and I've gotten multiple answers.

Is there a reserved lane at your airport locations?
