How can someone prove “caused to be made” if you didn’t tell someone to make a post for you?
Location: California
If you entered a settlement agreement and you’re given a carve out to talk to your friends about the dispute and that said friend posted about it, how would the other party prove that you caused it be made?
Is “caused to be made” beyond just directing someone to post on your behalf? If they posted independently without encouragement from me how would that make me liable?
