Corrupted PS5 file - losing my 450 hour save??

SOS - calling all cars!

I have a 450 hour save on the PS5 and it became corrupted. I really don't even know what to tell you beyond that but I need help....I am able to load into the game momentarily, but it crashes within seconds to minutes of loading in. The base I am trying to load into is a rather large base and wondering if trying to load it all is creating the issue ? Idk - pls ask away if I can provide any more information and would be greatly appreciative for any insight y'all may have to rescue my save!
