Negative UPT

I recently went negative and received a termination email. I’m not terminated yet and haven’t received the email so I can appeal the decision. Im scheduled today and tomorrow so I can either work the 2 days and go back positive or I can kindly ask my manger to use some of my standard PTO lmao. Let’s just say my manager helps me out and uses some of my standard PTO, can I still get terminated after fixing it and going back positive?
