Installed OEM dashcam but no DVR app showing?

Hi All! I had the OEM dashcam installed on my Seal U Comfort and I have reset the system using the volume control button multiple times. I’ve also ensured I’ve inserted a correct 16GB FAT32 formatted MicroSD but still nothing is coming up. I’m positive it’s all installed correctly! Any help would be amazing thank you!
