Modified natural vs medicated cycle?

Hey all, sadly as I was afraid, we have now officially had a failed 3rd transfer.

Waiting on the call from my doctor. Already decided I want treated or tested for endometrititis and other bloodwork drawn just to rule things out. But I know the next conversation is going to be to do another medicated vs a modified natural.

My lining responded very well to the medicated, but that feels like the only thing, I’m wondering if we can add estrogen support for a modified natural? Anyone ever done this to boost lining? Or will that just stop me from ovulating altogether?

Both of my prior losses were modified natural with total implantation failure for the medicated, so better lining might not have mattered much for my body. Anyone have experience? It’s worth noting I have endometriosis as well, this was my first attempt post suppression.
