Bloodwork + losing my mind

My OBGYN is tracking my HCG until it hits zero. They have forgotten to submit the bloodwork order on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS, so I get to the outpatient bloodwork lab and have to explain to the hospital staff why I’m there and then call my obgyn like “I’m here, submit the order.” I was so excited to go today because my HCG was 8 last time and I thought it might be the last time I had to go (it’s been 8 weeks since my miscarriage). Then I get the test results and it’s for something my primary care doctor ordered for three months from now (it was a standing order to recheck my ferritin; I didn’t even know it had already been submitted). So I call my OBGYN and yeah they never placed the order lmao. I feel stupid for not confirming with the lab place which doc the order was from and also livid that once again my OBGYN did not submit the order. Is it normal to have so many issues with bloodwork orders? I’m considering switching OBGYNs before I get pregnant again. This has made the miscarriage so much more frustrating than it already was, I just finished sobbing.
