Is he kinda messing with me or that's his way?

He's a sort of a colleague (in the broad sense). When he sees me he's very happy and he always make a sign with his fingers like forming a heart on his chest (he's a nurse and some times he can't move from where he is).

Many times he hugs me, sometimes he kisses me on the cheek and one time he kissed me on the neck. He says that he loves me a lot (which I think is a cute way of saying he likes me as a person and he doesn't mean it literally)

Rarely we exchange reels on insta or send a message but it's a rare thing and some times he may reply many days later (he says he's not into social at all).

It's not like I want us to be boyfriends, or even have sex. I do find him attractive. I just want more hugs, like being in somebody's place and stay hugged and watch a movie.

I'm not sure if he's just too touchy or if there's something more than that.
