Finally came face to face with the guy that makes my life a living hell..
You guessed it! I came face to face with a marketing team member… the guy or one of the guys that drives expectations thru the roof stresses us all out to no end has a complete lack of understanding on how a store actually operates in the real world (no they don’t they know how it is yet work us to death to meet their ridiculous expectations) and the guy that ensures everything is perfectly presentable to the customer that doesn’t notice it or care and that makes it to where I have to spend multiple hours of my own time in over time to make that store shine!
Let me tell you… after the hell I’ve been thru for the past 7 months as a TL I wanted nothing more than 5 minutes alone with that guy….. my god it took everything in me not to say “ah you must be the man that makes my work life a living hell”
He looked so full of him self in his polo and dress pants so serious… man would I love to see his face when all of the structure suddenly fades away as I tell him off and quit that job
God… how I loath the corporate/blue collar mix of pure hell we go thru… all the time that was robbed from me all the stress of worrying about loosing my job bc of 1 aisle not being zoned out of the entire sales floor
That bastard… but I thought of my fiancé.. our apartment and our cats and I held it in and kept my composure… right there was the man that makes my life a living hell they really got me by the balls and with that being said I have no choice… I have to endure the stress and anguish I have to keep working and supporting the machine that never rests
I hate Walmart… and I hate the marketing team if only they would lay off of us for just one day but no I have an imaginary gun pointed at my head and marketing says “your left eye?… or your right eye?”
