Ottoman Estate Priv menu runs off the screen

Menu Bug in game

Getting an odd bug with the Ottomans where the customer estate privileges run off the page. I've played them before pre 1.1 so generally know what most of these do but its slightly annoying not to be able to see any of the effects. Anyone encountering/know a fix? I've uninstalled and reinstalled fresh and cleared the Paradox folder in my docs but its still an issue. First game back from a 2 month break hoping theyd fix 1.1 from the bad old days in Jan/Feb and this isn't a great first sign.

I've tried changing resolution and scaling the GUI, stays in place
