What do I use in Dead Cells?

I’ve been playing the game for a while, but I can’t tell what to use. I unlocked most of the weapons that were just sitting there for diversity, and now I have no idea as to what I should use. Yes, I know Panchaku is good, but I rarely get it with good stats. I am a brutality main, but I like tactics sometimes, so I would like nice Tactics build if someone could give me one…

But you see the main problem is, I don’t know how to make builds. How do you gurantee that the item you want in your build, will be available at any point during your run, with the affixes you want? It would be great if someone could help me in this matter.

Also, extra question, HOW THE FUCK DO I KILL THE RADIO LOOKING FUCKS THAT HAVE AOE ATTACKS???? The ones with a blue-ish pink eye. I always lose my streak/run to them because I am busy killing other enemies, and I can’t reach them in time, or they’re hidden by maskers.

Final question… how do I become drippy? I want to look stylish… that’s why I hate joke skills/weapons.
