How much should a reading influence a big decision?

I'm looking at a big decision soon - moving "back" to CA after several years in the East helping relatives. I had a wonderful reading last year - sadly the empath is not showing up anywhere online and unresponsive now. In the reading she said she didn't like to tell people what to do but I would regret it.

Now, frankly, I have a lot of anxiety, and I struggle not to regret pretty much every decision I make. However, should I let this give me pause?
