Team bidding for player after a bid already accepted

Since the new update I’ve been having the same problem.

Whenever I accept a bid from a team for example LOSC they bid £32.5m for Carlos (regen) and a few days later they then bid £25m as if the first bid never happened. I am unable to keep playing as this has happened for about an in game month.

Anyone else having this issue?
